1. The Defendant’s KRW 72,893,113 as well as 5% per annum from January 19, 2017 to September 8, 2017 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff is an organization comprised of occupants to manage the "Atel" in Busan Shipping Daegu D (hereinafter "the building of this case"), and the defendant is an executor who sold the building of this case.

The Defendant obtained approval for the use of the instant building on August 20, 2012.

B. 1) Defect occurrence and defect repair cost of the instant building

(2) The Plaintiff requested the Defendant to repair the defects on August 18, 2014 and August 18, 2015.

Although the Defendant has repaired some defects, the present building still remains at issue, and the same amount as the stated in the 3.3's comprehensive table of repair costs is required to repair them (as a result of reflecting all the items determined in the 3. below, and even if there are items not separately determined, the Defendant calculated the defect repair cost by reflecting the modified results in the 19's comprehensive table of repair costs (unit: unit; hereinafter the same shall apply).
