1. Defendant A

(a) The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year;

(b)Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On July 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim F (the age of 19) who had been playing water in two arms at the entrance valley in Daegu-gun D; (b) cut off the part below the victim’s side; and (c) prevented the victim’s knife from leaving the victim’s knife on one hand on one hand; and (d) committed an indecent act by force by other hand by taking the victim’s part and the chest’s knife part on one bridge.

B. The Defendant, at the time and time set forth in paragraph 1(a) of the same Article, at a place where the victim G(19 years of age) and the victim H(19 years of age) resisted the Defendant’s indecent act, followed the Defendant’s indecent act. In drinking, the victim I (18 years of age) was placed one time at the right face of the victim G, and the victim I (18 years of age) was able to go beyond the victim’s tight floor once by hand. At the same time, the Defendant was able to take a small stone located on the valley’s h and faced with the victim’s back water.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted victims respectively.

다. 상해, 공무집행방해 피고인은 2013. 7. 26. 17:40경 위 E 입구 계곡에서, G의 신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 대구달성경찰서 J파출소 소속 경위 피해자 K(55세), 경사 피해자 L(48세)가 피고인을 강제추행 등의 혐의로 현행범인 체포하려고 하자, “이 개새끼, 씨발놈들아, 똥파리 좃같은 놈들아”라고 욕설을 하면서 피해자 K의 얼굴과 머리에 침을 수 회 뱉으며 손으로 멱살을 잡고 세게 흔들어 피해자 K에게 약 2주간의 치료가 필요한 흉곽의 관절 및 인대의 탈구, 염좌 및 긴장의 상해를 가하고, 이를 제지하던 피해자 L의 얼굴에 침을 뱉으며 오른손에 차량 열쇠를 쥐고 피해자 L의 우측 팔목 부위를 그은 다음 정수리 부위를 내려찍어 피해자 L에게 약 3주간의 치료가 필요한 머리의 열린 상처 길이 약...
