A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant and the victim B(n, 29 years of age) are between the workplace rent.
1. Crimes on May 19, 2019;
가. 준강제추행 피고인은 2019. 5. 19. 04:47경 부산 중구 C건물 D호에 있는 피해자의 주거지에서, 피해자가 술에 취해 잠이 들자 피해자를 추행하기로 마음먹고, 피해자의 배, 다리, 엉덩이, 왼쪽 젖꼭지를 손으로 만졌다.

B. 2. Crimes on May 23, 2019;
A. A quasi-Rape on May 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 02:24, at the residence of the above victim; (b) at the victim’s mind that the victim would be under the influence of alcohol to rape similarly; (c) exceeded the victim’s panty panty; and (d) laid down the Defendant’s fingers into the part of the part of the victim.

B. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter referred to as the “Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc.”) committed similar rape to the victim at the same time and at the same place as the preceding paragraph, and taken the face with the Defendant’s opphone X mobile phone (two video images
