1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

On September 17, 2016, at least 01:20, the Defendant abused a female at the front of the construction site of the Daegu Suwon-gu B building site. On September 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) told the Defendant to stop the Defendant to remove the Defendant’s male-friendly job offers E in advance; and (b) assaulted the victim, such as intending to walk F in the event he was called “F in advance of the construction site of the Daegu Suwon-gu B building; and (c) to walk out the Defendant’s male-friendly job offers E.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
