Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On April 12, 201, the Plaintiff received vertebrate chrone (No. 3/4, No. 4/5 in vertecule) and tensions and tensions of vertecule at D Hospital.

Accordingly, Defendant C explained the necessity of an operation to the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff was hospitalized on February 11, 2014 and received an operation on February 12, 2014.
E. On February 11, 2014, the Plaintiff was hospitalized in the instant hospital. On February 11, 2014, the medical doctor J of the instant hospital diagnosed the Plaintiff as vertebropossis, the Plaintiff needs to perform an operation, such as spine climinization and pressure of the Plaintiff’s pain, and where it does not perform an operation, it is necessary to perform an operation. The Plaintiff’s medical doctor J of the instant hospital’s medical doctor conducted an operation.
