Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On March 23, 2009, the defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 3.5 million by the Changwon District Court for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (Arrithing Operation) and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (Arrith Action after Accidents). On June 19, 2009, the same court was sentenced to a suspended sentence for four months by imprisonment for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (Arrith Driving) and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (Arrith Driving).
