Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 7, 2012, the Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information, whose sentence was finalized on September 27, 2012, after having been sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for violating the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Rape, etc.) at Seoul High Court.

Despite the fact that basic personal information has been changed due to the relocation of the domicile in Bupyeong-si B building, Da-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, D building and E on December 11, 2018, the Defendant failed to submit the changed information to the head of a police agency having jurisdiction over the domicile without justifiable grounds within 20 days from the date of the occurrence of the cause.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the duty to submit changed information as a person subject to registration of personal information.

Summary of Evidence

1. Application of statutes governing the defendant's legal statements, resident registration, abstract records, criminal records, etc., Seoul High Court Decision 201No728, 201No225 decided on July 225, 201;

1. Relevant Article 50 (3) 2 and Article 43 (3) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes and the Selection of Fines concerning the crime;

1. Articles 70 (1) and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act for the detention of a workhouse;

1. It is so decided as per Disposition for not less than Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act.

In consideration of the old age of the defendant for the reason of sentencing, the economic situation is not good, and the fact that the defendant appears to be an offense according to the law, a fine prescribed by the summary order shall be reduced in part.
