1. The Defendant: (a) 263,200,000 won to Plaintiff A; (b) 57,80,000 won to Plaintiff B; (c) 20,000,000 won to Plaintiff C; and (d) 30.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On June 30, 1996, Plaintiff A E receives a security deposit from the Defendant as the security deposit for membership on June 30, 1996 and received the security deposit as set out in the table 1 as follows. The Plaintiff AE received the security deposit from the Defendant and the Defendant’s operation of the Pyeongtaek-gun, Kim Chang-gun, Gangwon-do, which is located in the 1095, Seohon-ri Myeono-ri 1095 (hereinafter “instant containers”).
) A) concluded a membership agreement with the contents that join the 40 square meters of membership, and became a member by full payment of the membership fee. Plaintiff A acquired the above contact membership from E on July 17, 2013, and around that time, upon reporting the acquisition of the above membership fee to the Defendant, and completed the procedure for change of name, etc., while reporting the acquisition of the above membership fee to the Defendant. (2) On July 17, 1996, the Plaintiff-J concluded a membership agreement with the Defendant on June 30, 1996, with the entry deposit amount (including facility deposit) KRW 37,200,000 on June 30, 2015, as well as KRW 36,000,000 on May 15, 1997, on September 24, 2015, the Plaintiff-J concluded a membership agreement with the Defendant on September 7, 2015, with the entry deposit amount of KRW 57,00,000,000 on September 24, 2015. The Plaintiff-J concluded a membership agreement with the Defendant on June 30, 199, with the entry fee of KRW 57,00,000,000,000 as the entry fee of KRW 400,00.

B acquired the above contact membership from J on October 15, 2015 and completed the procedure such as change of name when reporting the acquisition of the above membership to the Defendant at that time.
3. On January 23, 1996, Plaintiff C K obtained 20,000,000 won as a security deposit from the Defendant and entered into a membership agreement with the Defendant, and became a member with full payment of the security deposit.
