Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On 16:40 on 03. 01. 03. 16:40, the Defendant operated a hurburged car, and led to turn to the left at the east of Daegu Northern-gu C, Daegu to the left from the Do apartment protection area.

Since there is a signal apparatus, the defendant engaged in driving service has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle in accordance with the new code and prevent the accident from occurring.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded without stopping yellow signals, and proceeds from the same as it is, by occupational negligence, from the Madernbane flood protection area where the signal is violated.

As a result, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the above business, the injury of the fluoral base that requires treatment for about two weeks to the victim G (the 8-year old-age), the injury of the fluoral base that requires treatment for about two weeks, and the injury of the fluoral base that requires treatment for about two weeks to G (the 10-year-age-age-old) who is the fluoral passenger, respectively.
