Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a joint operator of AP (hereinafter “AP”) and a representative director of AP (hereinafter “AP”), a vice president and an affiliate company, and Defendant B is a joint operator and a representative director of AP.
1. The Defendants in collusion with the Defendants in collusion to purchase a game machine, and from April 201 to January 2017, the second floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul AR building is located on the 2nd floor of the building in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the head office in Gangnam-gu, Seoul and the government branch office in each of the three floors of the AP to pay money to many and unspecified unspecified persons at the amount of KRW 11,00,000 per annum for investment in the business of installing a game machine overseas in the AP, the Defendants purchased the game machine with such money and installed it in the U.S. Tech, and paid the investment amount of KRW 50,000 to KRW 10,000 to KRW 6,00 per month for 36 months with the payment of the investment amount of KRW 10,000 to KRW 1,80,000 per annum 1,000 or KRW 216,00 per annum 31% per annum (2.3% per annum).
From the establishment of the company in 2010 to the date of the establishment of the company, with respect to the monthly profit of KRW 11,00,000,000 as the profit of the game machine operation business, the monthly profit of KRW 50,00 to KRW 60,000 has not been paid to all investors.
In the future, the monthly profit of KRW 11,00,000 can be paid for KRW 50,000 through KRW 600,000 per 36 months with the monthly profit of the game machine operation business, such as the previous ones, and the amount of KRW 18,00,000 through KRW 21,60,000 per 36 months can be paid without the mold.
Inasmuch as earnings from profit-making business are enormous, it was false to the effect that “it is difficult to see at all.”
However, the fact is that the money used for the purchase of the game machine among the total investment money of the investors received by the above company was limited to about 700 million won, and there was no amount of money brought into Korea through profit-making business as explained to the investors, and there was only 11 million won of the investment at the time of attracting investment.
