A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On July 22, 2018, the Defendant, at around 04:53, committed the crime against the victim B, was stolen by taking advantage of the gaps that the victim B was under the influence of alcohol in front of the D street located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and then 50,000 won in cash owned by the victim who was under the influence of the victim B, and one resident registration certificate.

B. C. 2. Accordingly, the defendant deserts from the possession of the victim.
