Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a household helper, Defendant B is a person operating G, and Defendant C is a person with no certain occupation.
The Defendants selected several insurance products with a high level of guarantee, and, rather than for the purpose of receiving insurance money such as hospitalization expenses and hospitalization allowances, were formally hospitalized at a hospital which is easy to be hospitalized, and did not receive proper hospitalized treatment while staying out or staying outside. Even if the disease requires hospitalized treatment, the Defendants were hospitalized for a long time more than necessary, and were hospitalized for a long time at the time of discharge, upon receiving relevant documents necessary for receiving the insurance money, such as a certificate of hospitalization and a medical certificate, which stated as if they were hospitalized at the relevant hospital, and submitted them to each insurance company which had already been insured.

Around June 28, 2000, Defendant A entered into an insurance contract with the victim’s Dong Fire Insurance (ju) and the pro rata Health Insurance that pays KRW 30,000 per month’s monthly insurance; around September 20, 2004, Defendant A entered into an insurance contract with the victim’s Postal Services that pays KRW 38,800 per month to the victim’s Postal Services; and around December 23, 2005, the victim’s Samsung Fire Insurance (ju) and KRW 280,000 per month.
After entering into an insurance contract as above, the Defendant was diagnosed by the “I Hospital” located in the Busan District of H on September 14, 2012, and was hospitalized from the doctor on the “Woo-gun, Busan District of H, for 29 days from that time until October 12 of the same year.”
However, although the above disease can be sufficiently treated by the hospital, it has been hospitalized with the intention of receiving insurance money under the name of hospital medical expenses, hospital daily allowances, and nursing care expenses from the insurance company that has already joined, and during the hospitalization period.
