1. The Defendants deliver to the Plaintiff the building indicated in the attached real estate description.

Reasons
1. On February 5, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) leased to the Defendants a building indicated on the attached real estate as the lease deposit amount of KRW 5 million; (b) KRW 550,000,000; and (c) KRW 24 months; (b) however, the Plaintiff was not paid a rent for at least four months as of July 27, 2015; (c) thus, the said lease contract is terminated by the delivery of the complaint of this case and the said building is requested to be transferred.
