1. The defendant shall pay 14,627,950 won to the plaintiff and 24% per annum from July 30, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On July 15, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into an operating lease agreement with the Defendant on July 15, 2016, setting the lease vehicle C, the amount of KRW 59,882,720, monthly rent of KRW 1,062,109, maturity of KRW 15,020.
B. The Plaintiff terminated the above management lease agreement on the ground that the Defendant’s delay of monthly rent under the above management lease agreement at least two consecutive times, and the Defendant returned the above lease vehicle to the Plaintiff.
C. The Plaintiff sold the foregoing leased vehicle and appropriated the price of KRW 27,652,00 for the settlement of termination. As of July 30, 2019, the unpaid settlement amount is KRW 14,627,950.

2. According to the above facts of determination and conclusion, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 14,627,950, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 24% per annum, which is the interest rate for delay, from July 30, 2019 to the date of full payment.
Therefore, the claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
