Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a police officer who has been engaged in field identification work at a criminal scene, such as theft, due to the criminal justice of the Seoul Regional Police Agency and E.
around 00:55 on October 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) reported 112 by FF to a single house located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) was doing field identification work by entering the room of the Victim H (21) located in F in the second floor of the said residence, and opened a verification color mar on the book, which is the victim’s ownership, and brought about the victim’s 43,000 UN ( approximately KRW 420,000), which is the victim’s surface, to find a white bag in the Korean bank; and (c) committed the larceny of the victim’s house at the victim’s house, I had already committed the larceny of the said envelope, thereby bringing about the victim’s mind.
At around 01:40 on the same day, the Defendant saw three bags for food identification to the victim as one hand from the inside of the above residence of the same day, and one white bags of the national bank coloring with the above internationalized bags, which are half of the other hand, and one white bags of the national bank, which are not connected with the above internationalizedized bags, and three bags for food identification to the victim.
