1. The status of Defendant B Co., Ltd. is a corporation established on July 29, 1969 for the purpose of electrical construction business, etc. in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and is a business owner performing the business since June 13, 2017, after being awarded a contract with F for KRW 17,40,000,000 for the E Corporation located in Yeongdeungpo-si.
