1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a management body consisting of all sectional owners of the Busan Dongdong-gu J building (hereinafter “instant commercial building”), and the Plaintiff is a sectional owner of the instant commercial building.

B. 1) The Defendant holds an inaugural general meeting on August 14, 2009 (hereinafter “instant inaugural general meeting”).

(2) At the time of holding the inaugural general meeting of this case, a resolution was made to delegate the resolution and management rules to the representative committee to be elected by the president of the KR as a total of 92 members of the 108 sectional owners (39 members of the 108 sectional owners, 53 members of the 5% of the 19.01% of the 19.01% of the 19.) and the consent of all members of the 108 sectional owners (the sectional owners).
