1. The Defendants shall:
A. Of the 308 square meters in Busan Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government, each point of the attached Form No. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 is linked in sequence.

2. Assertion and determination
A. The plaintiffs' assertion cannot move to a meritorious service without going through the passage of this case from the plaintiffs' real estate of this case, and thus, they seek against the defendants the confirmation of the right to passage over surrounding land and the omission of the prohibition of interference with passage, along with the confirmation of the right to passage over surrounding land on the part (A) of 23 square meters of the attached drawing among the 308 square meters of the F 308 square meters in Busan Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City (hereinafter "the passage of this case").
As to this, the Defendants asserted that the Plaintiffs’ right to passage over surrounding land should not be recognized, since they can enter the Republic of Korea through a road subsequent to the Plaintiff’s real estate.
B. In a case where there is no passage between a parcel of land and a public road, which is necessary for the use of the surrounding land under Article 219 of the Civil Code, to determine the claim for confirmation of the right to passage over surrounding land, the owner of the surrounding land cannot enter the public road at all without passing over or passing over the surrounding land, as well as the excessive cost.
