Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 27, 2015, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch on November 27, 2015.

2. Although the Defendant violated the provision on the prohibition of drunk driving as seen earlier, the Defendant driven the B Benz E20 vehicle under the influence of alcohol content at approximately 0.114% from the 5km section of alcohol content from the 5km section to the front road of the D Driving Institute located in the Jeju Jeju Jeju Island at the time and around the time and around the 5km Section 1.
