1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Details of the disposition

The plaintiff is a police officer who was appointed as a police officer on October 17, 1998 and was promoted to a slope on March 1, 2009 and served as a judicial police officer from August 26, 2013 to the Seoul Gangseo Police Station B Team located under the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency.

On June 4, 2014, the Plaintiff received a complaint by the victim C by indecent act and was investigating the complaint:

1. On July 16, 2014, at around 17:29, a telephone call was made to request D to meet the suspect of the above accusation case, and around 18:30 of the same day, D meta, including drinking at the 1-hour and 1-hour d meta d, and the same year;
