On April 12, 2013, Defendant B, while working in the game room specified in paragraph (1) as an employee, provided the said game machine and operated a speculative act by providing the said game machine that was not classified as above, Defendant B, despite being aware of the fact that Defendant A, a business owner, performed a speculative act, aided and abetted Defendant B’s surveillance of visitors through the market competition (CCTV) installed outside the game room, and aided and abetted Defendant B, by providing the customer entertainment and the heart in the game room.
