A. A person who has lawfully transferred a golf club membership and acquired the status of a member by succession has a benefit to seek confirmation of the status of a golf club member on the premise that he/she seeks implementation of the procedure for changing the name of a member.

B. A transferee of a golf club membership may seek implementation of the procedure for the change of the name of a member against a company operating a golf club in order to exercise preferential rights to use the golf club facilities and effectively resolve disputes arising from the transfer of membership.

1. On August 11, 1988, Defendant Hansung Tourism Development Co., Ltd. implements the procedure for changing the name of the Plaintiff to the name of the Plaintiff by reason of the transfer of membership on the list of members of Hansung Gidong Clubs.

2. It is confirmed that the Plaintiff is a member of the Hansung Club between the Plaintiff and Defendant Park Jong-chul.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim for the change of name to the plaintiff on the ground of transfer on August 11, 198 and the plaintiff's claim for confirmation of the status of the member of the above can be accepted and assessed against the defendants.
