As the provision on statutory interest rate of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Service by Public Notice) shall enter into force from June 1, 2019, the creditor shall be 15% per annum from the day following the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case to May 31, 2019, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of
