1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;

(b)payment of 3.150,000 won;

Reasons

1. On August 15, 2014, the Plaintiff, as indicated in the separate sheet, leased real estate indicated in the separate sheet to the Defendant for a fixed period of KRW 5 million, KRW 450,000 per month, and the period of August 21, 2016. The Defendant unpaid KRW 31,50,000 in total for seven months until July 22, 2015, and thus, the said lease agreement is terminated by delivery of a copy of the instant complaint.
