1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) paid KRW 70,000,000 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and its amount from August 15, 2019 to August 30, 2019.

Reasons

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts

A. At the time of September 26, 2015, the Plaintiff, who was the owner of the instant store, leased the said store from Nonparty C and D for the lease deposit of KRW 60 million, monthly rent of KRW 4.5 million, and the lease period of KRW 4.5 million from September 26, 2015 to May 25, 2017 (20 months).
