Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

On August 29, 2019, at around 04:50, the Defendants conspired with the victim D (year 45) located in Busan So-gu Busan Metropolitan Government C, expressed the desire to the customers with other tables while drinking in the “E” operated by the victim D (year 45), and booming the costs, and the victim demanded several times to restrain the Defendants from doing so, and continued to demand the Defendants to stop doing so, but interfere with the victim’s main business by force by avoiding disturbance for about one hour.
