[criminal history] The Defendant is a person who was sentenced to imprisonment for six months with prison labor for a violation of road traffic law at the Jeonju District Court on July 14, 2015 and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on July 22, 2015, and is currently under the suspended sentence.

[Criminal facts]

1.
