Punishment of the crime

1. In fact, the Defendant purchased 13t Class E, a vessel that does not obtain a fishery permit in 2008 (a flag vessel). As a result, G was supplied tax-free oil supply card equivalent to 2,529,440 won at the market price from the injured party by deceiving the above employees in unknown name and having his employees pay the price of 1,600 liter via the liquor to the above 13t Class D by using the tax-free oil supply card for the fishing industry. Moreover, the Defendant and G conspired with each other from the above day to May 20, 2015 by settling the transit price of 35,000 liter via the above 21 times from the above day to May 20, 2015, thereby being supplied tax-free oil supply card for the fishing industry in total amounting to 49,547,612 won.

3. On April 12, 2014, the Defendant obtained a fishery permit to improve the shore at the landing line of the North Korean port at the time of Bapo-dong, Ginpo-dong, Ginpo-dong, Ginpo-dong, for an unlawful use of air defense, and for an unlawful use of air defense.
