Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a driver of BL125U Two-wheeled Motor Vehicle.

On April 2, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on April 2, 2016, and continued the crosswalk in front of the Da located in the Busan metropolitan area C, from the Electronic Ireland to the intersection side.

Since the place has a crosswalk where a signal, etc. is installed, it is confirmed whether a person engaged in driving service is walking the crosswalk, and when a pedestrian passes the crosswalk, he/she has a duty of care to temporarily stop in front of the crosswalk so as not to obstruct or endanger the pedestrian, and to safely drive the crosswalk in accordance with the new code.
