Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 13, 2017, around 20:35, the Defendant’s demand for KRW 2,000,000 via the victim C (53 tax) who is an acting engineer in his/her own vehicle parked in the front parking lot of 606 complex 49-o, Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu, 49-24, and vice-young 6 complex 606.

In other words, among the disputes, the victim's right hand knifeed from the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.
