A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 30, 2013, the Defendant received a written notice of enlistment in active duty service under the name of the director of the Seoul Regional Military Manpower Office to enlist in the military from the Defendant’s office located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B and 2 to November 5, 2013, from 306.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not enlist until November 8, 2013 without justifiable cause.
