A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 28, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million from the Daegu District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on December 31, 2010 to a fine of KRW 1.5 million from the Daegu District Court to a fine of KRW 1.5 million.
On February 4, 2014, at around 20:20, the Defendant driven a 1,20-day truck with 5 kilometer C from the front of the projected restaurant located in the Gyeongbuk-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do to the road of the same Eup/Myeon, in the state of drunk alcohol concentration of 0.12 percent.
