However, as to Defendant B, this shall not apply.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A was released on October 28, 201 and the parole period on December 17, 201, when he was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment for a violation of the Medical Service Act by the Ulsan District Court on July 15, 201.
1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A. The embezzlement Defendant A is the head of the administrative department of the I Hospital operated by the victim medical corporation in Yangsan-si, and Defendant B is the chief director of the above hospital, who actually operated the hospital.
around March 11, 2013, the Defendants conspired to lend KRW 100 million from J, which is a bond company, to Defendant B, used KRW 30 million for personal debt repayment as well as KRW 25 million for Defendant A’s personal debt repayment, and deposited some money into the account in the name of the victim in the form of a brokerage commission, etc., but on April 10, 2013, the Defendants embezzled it by arbitrarily consuming the victim’s property, such as the victim’s money being kept in his/her business, from around December 28, 2012 to April 25, 2013.

On April 11, 2013, Defendant B committed the crime of Defendant B, on the hand of the victim A (the age of 42) at the president of the medical corporation at the board of directors of the above medical corporation, he/she sustained bodily injury, such as impairment of the face face, strawing, etc. requiring medical treatment for about 10 days, by taking the victim’s scambling from the victim’s scam at hand.
