Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 20,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 23, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and three months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Southern District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 27, 2015.

B functions as a false lessor, as the owner of the Kucheon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Da building, 1st floor, 2nd floor, Da, Y, Hacheon-gu Hacheon-gu Hacheon-gu Hacheon-gu Hacheon-gu Hacheon-gu Hacheon-gu Hacheon-gu Hacheon-gu Hacheon-gu Hacheon-gu Hacheon-gu Hacheon-gu Hacheon-gu Hacheon-gu Hacheon-gu Ha, L, P, Q, R, and T as a false lessee, U introduced B and L to deliver part of the profits to the Defendant with a false lessor recruitment book, and the Defendant prepared a false lease contract with a certified intermediary operated by the W certified brokerage office in Busan Special Metropolitan City Ma-gu Y-gu Y, and openly recruited from a financial institution to verify the lease contract.

1. In accordance with the above conspiracys, the Defendant, at the above authorized broker office around April 28, 2014, drafted a false lease agreement with the lessor as the lessor, and the lessee as the lessee of theO as to the original and second floor C building and the second floor.

However, in fact, the defendant and B did not have any idea to rent the above house to theO, and there was no intention or ability to obtain the loan from the victim's enterprise bank by taking advantage of the false loan contract, and there was no intention or ability to repay the loan to the victim.

Nevertheless, on April 25, 2014, Defendant B, andO conspired and submitted a false set of a pre-tax contract to an employee in charge of preventing a new bank for the victim's corporate bank, as above, and obtained the delivery of KRW 90 million from the injured party as a loan for the pre-tax loan.
