1. Regarding the death of a newborn baby born between Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) C and D on January 5, 2010.
Reasons
1. The following facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the following facts: Gap evidence Nos. 1, 6 through 10, Eul evidence Nos. 1 through 6, and 8 through 14 (including each number, if any; hereinafter the same shall apply) and the results of the examination of medical records on the director of the old Hospital at the Hanyang-do University.

B.
