Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. When Defendant A and G were damaged beyond the front part of Defendant A, Defendant A and G had the purpose of preparing repair costs, Defendant A and G had the truck and the truck drivened by Defendant G with the intent to make up for the repair cost, and had the insurance company reported falsely to the insurance company with the intention of making up for the repair cost.
Defendant
At around 11:00 on October 17, 2007, A, in collusion with G, reported falsely to the staff in charge of the main, Dong-dong fire of the damaged company (ju), Dong-dong fire, and paid 5.8 million won from the injured company on December 12, 2007, as the repair cost, although there was no fact that the H tank truck driven by G and the IGX1200 Obama owned by Defendant A was faced by G, even though the truck was left behind, and there was a shock of Obaba.
2. Defendants B, C, and D had intentionally received a passenger car driven by Defendant G from Defendant B, C, and D, and had the passenger car driven by Defendant G, and had the victim of the injury, reported the car to the insurance company with the false report to the insurance company.
