Punishment of the crime

On July 8, 2013, at around 08:20, the Defendant driven a B-to-purd vehicle with approximately 26 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.085% in a drunken state from around 26 meters to the road in front of 124-68, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, 124-68.
