1. The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a BSP car.

On November 24, 2019, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.073% of blood alcohol concentration at a 0.073%, and proceeded two-lanes of the iron mountain down down from the steel mountain parallel to the iron mountain intersection at a speed below the speed of speed in the city from the luminous intersection to the luminous intersection.

On November 24, 2019, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.073% of blood alcohol concentration at around 20:30 on November 24, 2019, and was driving the said car at the section of approximately 3 km away from the influent land of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the influence of the iron mountain road from the influence-dong of the iron industry to the side way.

Accordingly, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.

The defendant of "200 Godan1644" has obtained a driver's license on April 3, 2020 at around 13:50.
