On November 5, 2019, at least 21:37, the Defendant: (a) driven a motor vehicle with a string alcohol concentration of about 0.171% under the influence of alcohol at approximately 2 km from the influent land located in the Sinsi-si, Ansan-si to the front road of the member B of Ansan-si, and violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act at least twice.
