Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 14, 2016, at around 22:50, the Defendant assaulted the victim B, who was seated next to his head, to take advantage of his head at one time, and then was able to take care of his head when he gets off from the former, and then gets out of the latter.

In addition, after cleaning from one's face with her hand, the victim C(28 taxes, South) who saw this, was caught by her face, and the victim C(the victim's face was sealed.

A continuous reporter assaulted the victim D(n, 58 years of age) by cutting down the trees in his arms and asking the face in accordance with the victim D.
