A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On September 7, 2015, from around 18:00 to around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) sustained the victim H’s container boxes located adjacent to G gas station located in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu; (b) the victim called “a request to return one million won between loans” in gold-day; (c) the victim was under the influence of alcohol; (d) the victim was walking the side gate of the victim who was under the influence of alcohol and was taking a bridge, and was taking a walk on several occasions; (d) the victim was under the influence of alcohol, and (e) the victim was under the influence of alcohol, and was under the influence of drinking snow at the price of the snow left, and caused the victim to suffer bodily injury, such as a non-flue dub, etc., without requiring a six-day medical treatment.
