Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is the actual representative of the “D” under the Busan Northern-gu B Building C, and is an employer who is engaged in beauty and beauty business by ordinarily employing one worker.
When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and all other money and valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.
Provided, That the date may be extended by mutual agreement between the parties in extenuating circumstances.
Nevertheless, the defendant has been employed as a secondary manager from September 4, 201 to September 4, 2015 at the above workplace.
A retired worker E’s wage of 1,100,000 won for April 2013, and wage of 1,100,000,000 won for May 2013, and wage of 80,000,000 won for May 2015, 2015, total of KRW 5,00,000 for retirement pay, retirement pay of 4,294,002 for June 2015, total of KRW 7,749,002 for employees, and KRW 7,749,002 for employees from January 4, 2016 to work as a manager from that time until August 4, 2017.
