1. The defendant is paid KRW 1,00,000,000 from the plaintiffs, and at the same time, it is stated in the separate sheet to the plaintiffs.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Defendant entered into a sales contract between the Plaintiffs and the Defendant, as indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”).

2) The Plaintiffs purchased the instant real estate and the instant real estate (hereinafter “instant adjoining real estate”) adjacent to the instant real estate owned by D, and then requested F, a licensed real estate agent, to act as a broker for the instant real estate, under the planning to remove all of the ground buildings and build a new building after purchasing the instant real estate adjacent to the instant real estate owned by D.

3) G on behalf of the Plaintiffs purchased the instant real estate in the purchase price of KRW 2 billion by means of F’s brokerage on August 25, 2017 and H, and the instant real estate in the purchase price of KRW 2 billion. The instant contract is stipulated as follows: (a) the seller is a sales contract under the current condition of facilities; and (b) the seller shall not exercise or modify any right with respect to the sale and purchase goods during the term of validity of the contract; (c) the seller shall not exercise or modify any right with respect to the sale and purchase goods until the outstanding payment date; and (d) the seller shall be liable and ordered by the seller; (e) the seller shall be at the end of the contract, and (e) the seller shall settle all public charges of the said real estate on the basis of the outstanding payment date; and (e) the seller shall settle the payment of the outstanding payment date of the instant contract on September 7, 2017.
