Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has been placed in the emergency room of the hospital B.

No person shall interfere with the rescue, transfer, emergency treatment, or medical treatment of an emergency patient by persons engaged in emergency medical services by means of violence, intimidation, deceptive scheme, threat, or other means.

At around 19:27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) in the emergency room of the hospital in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul; (b) in the course of taking care of and taking care in the 119 first-aid department, the nurse and the head of the emergency medical department, such as the "Wem h, packer", and reported the disturbance by the Defendant's cell phone, and by affixing the pictures of the doctor and the nurse.

Duplicity, such as threatening, has been abandoned.

Around 19:41 on the same day, the Defendant was required to leave the emergency room on the grounds that he could not provide the emergency medical treatment, but the Defendant did not comply with the request by force for an emergency room for about 20 minutes, which interfered with emergency treatment or medical treatment for emergency patients of emergency medical service workers for about 19:41.
