Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months, and by imprisonment with prison labor for a year.

However, as to the Defendants, each objection is made against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. On December 2012, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed the first police officer on December 12, 2012, the Defendant: (b) committed a theft with one set of KRW 133,000 of the market price, and one set of KRW 50,000 of KRW 133,00,00, in the same manner as the above (a) committed a robbery from the Victim KGB Call (State) located in Cheongcheon-gun, Cheongbuk-do; and (c) committed a theft with the same method as the above (a).

3. The Defendant B, on November 201, 201, committed cargo from the Victim KGB choice ship (ju) located in Cheongcheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Cheongcheon-do.
