1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

C. The contents of the insurance terms stipulated in each of the instant insurance contracts are as follows.

1) C: The insurance policy amount under Article 8(1) of the Special Terms and Conditions - The company shall, when the insured, as described in the insurance policy, suffers bodily injury from a sudden and unexpected accident during the first insurance period, be set aside in accordance with this Special Terms and Conditions. - Article 11(2) (General Disability Insurance Money): If the insured, as a result of an accident as prescribed in Article 2 (Article 8): If the insured, suffers bodily injury, and as a result, directly, as a result, from an accident under which the payment rate as prescribed in the subparagraphs of attached Table 1 remains less than 80% within one year from the date of the accident, the company shall pay the following amount to the beneficiary as the ordinary disability insurance amount: (5) Payment rate as prescribed in each subparagraph of attached Table 1* If the insured has fully sustained two or more subsequent disabilities during the same accident, the company shall apply the payment rate for such injury to the beneficiary plus 10% of the payment rate for the damage under attached Table 17 (3) - The payment rate of injury under the General Disability Clause 17).

- Article 16(2)(general disability insurance money): Payment rate of 80% set forth in Appendix 1(Disability 1) as the result of the injury suffered by the insured due to an accident as set forth in Article 13(Compensation for Damage) and the injury was cured, and the bodily part was lost within two years from the date of the accident or the function was permanently lost as a result of the direct result, shall be 80%.
