1. The Defendants jointly and severally agree to the Plaintiff KRW 549,983,919 and their weight:

1. The description of the request shall be as shown in the attached Form;

2. Judgment without any ground for recognition (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. The statutory interest rate of 20% per annum until September 30, 2015, and the interest rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, inasmuch as the provision on statutory interest rate of Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal is modified, and the legal interest rate of a case for which the first instance pleadings have not been concluded until October 1, 2015, is applied, and the interest rate of 15% per annum, as sought by the Plaintiff.
