On December 20, 2014, around 03:40 on December 20, 2014, the Defendant driven a Ckkn Law motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of about 0.097% at a section of about 1.5 meters from the roads around the Yandong-dong, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu to the roads in front of the mountain, Seoan-gu, Yandong-dong.
