A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

312,850 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

On December 26, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Daejeon District Court, and on August 25, 2014, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the branch office of the Daejeon District Court.

Criminal facts

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On August 2015, the Defendant received 0.05 g of Melopopon from E, a Melopopon, a Melopon (one philopon; hereinafter “Melopon”), a local mental medicine, from D’s front street located in Daejeon Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and received Melopon from E without compensation.

2. On May 16, 2016, the Defendant issued Gel 208 Gel 208 located in Daejeon Middle-gu, Daejeon to H free of charge, and received and delivered 0.05 gramphones.

3. On June 7, 2016, the Defendant purchased 0.7 grams from K in front of the JJ located in Daejeon Middle-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, at KRW 400,000 and traded phiphones.

4. On June 7, 2016, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting 0.15g philophones in the street near LA in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu into a single-use injection machine, dilution with bio-dives, and administering philophones in a way of injection.

5. On June 10, 2016, the Defendant administered philophones by drinking 00:0 to 607 Nonephones in Daejeon Jung-gu M, Daejeon, with 0.31g of philophones on a beer.

6. On June 10, 2016, the Defendant carried 0.24 grams at the same place as the above “5” at around 11:30 on June 10, 2016.
