Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:50 on June 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) caused taxi drivers C and trial expenses and found the said police station due to the failure to pay taxi fares in the Nowon Police Station B Team office located in Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, 250; (b) related to the fact that the instant police station was confirmed by the victim D, a police officer affiliated with the said police station; (c) when the Defendant was confirmed the instant case from the victim, the victim, “this Chewing, cut off, cut off, sweet, sweet out, sweet out, sweet out, and broken off,” the victim’s public insultd the victim for about one hour, such as “the victim’s other police officers working in the same office and was investigated.”
